The workability of the entire area must be guaranteed. The homogeneity and availability of light must be maintained. The availability of water must be ensured. Soil erosion must be prevented. It must be possible to build up and dismantle without leaving any residue. Economic efficiency calculations must be presented. The reference yield for land use efficiency must be at least 66%.
