Tracker system agriculture

Agri-photovoltaic substructure with tracker system for agriculture.

Our tailor-made combination of the individual components.

Technical details

Single-Module-Tracker:

  • With flexible height and inclination adjustment, the tracker-guided system can be easily adapted as an AgriPV system, individually adaptable.
  • One-axis tracker for grassland - double use of over 80% of the area: calculation of the driving depth based on a geological survey / driving plan.
  • Possibility of vertical positioning, Maximization of the passage width and soil cultivation Possibility of horizontal positioning, prevention of rockfalls on the module's.
  • Project-specific static calculation.
  • Double yield - green cuttings and lease Assembly/maintenance is possible with standard tools.
  • Areas directly under the system are available to promote biological diversity.
  • Wheat, barley, potatoes, asparagus or other plants can be grown between the rows.
  • Animals can also be kept on the cultivated land, tracking up to 30% more solar yield compared to static systems).
  • Harvest position (90° rotation) allows work with almost no restrictions.
  • The robust construction of the tracker construction withstands wind speeds of more than 120 km/h.
  • Up to 90 modules (1x2m).
  • Consider installing bifacial modules for better efficiency.
  • The spacing between rows and the height of the system can be adjusted to suit the needs of each crop.

Two-Module-Tracker:

  • With flexible height and inclination adjustment, the tracker-guided system can easily be adapted as an AgriPV system, individually adaptable.
  • Two-axis tracker for grassland - double use of over 80% of the area: Calculation of the ramming depth based on a geological survey / ramming plan.
  • Statically tested frame structure for Support of large modules - no mechanical effects on the modules such as bending, twisting etc. due to long, unconnected steel beams.
  • Reliability for the entire control system with guaranteed availability over the entire service life.
  • Longest photovoltaic tracking system (up to 126 m).
  • Low operating costs due to low number of maintenance points.
  • Unrestricted bifacial, free of shading objects on the back of the module, degree of rear shading < 1%.
  • Easy and quick installation thanks to pre-assembled components.
  • Adaptive backtracking / wind management / lighting management, automatic snow shedding.
  • Remote monitoring and remote control Tracking angle ± 50°

power connection

Photovoltaic self-consumption is worthwhile if the electricity costs saved are greater than the feed-in tariff. (EEG 2023)

The excess electricity is ideally fed into the grid via the local energy supplier.

As a rule, the customer takes care of the grid connection himself in cooperation with the local grid operator.

But direct marketing can also be worthwhile in view of the rapid increase in electricity prices on the exchange. (as of April 2022)
